By connecting your video source to a BirdDog Studio NDI, your video becomes available anywhere on your network, making a connection to your favourite NDI production system a breeze. Studio NDI is the world’s most versatile, camera mountable, NDI encoder. With so many features packed into an aircraft grade aluminum case, Studio NDI gives you an unrivaled feature set.
Studio NDI features the world first hardware-based encoder supporting NDI at a full Bitrate; broadcast quality, ultra-low latency, and iFrame codec.
Studio NDI makes Tally simple. Built-in large Tally display, with no configurations needed, selectable Tally borders on a loop out, and an external Tally output.
Studio NDI is the only NDI Encoder offering hardware-based SDI to HDMI and HDMI to SDI cross conversion.
Studio NDI can be powered by Power over Ethernet (PoE) or D-Tap from your camera battery. No need for a power adapter but you can still find one in the box if needed.
Receive any Full NDI stream and decode it back out to SDI or HDMI. Combine with BirdDog Central for a super powerful and easy to use routing platform.
Talk directly with camera operators using BirdDog Comms. Simply plug a headset into Studio NDI and all is set up.
